Default Trailer wiring

I have an '03 with the Land Rover trailer wiring.

the terminals are corroded so I'm going to rebuild/modify the housing to hold an American style flat plug. Does anyone know which wire goes to which function? I couldn't find it on the RAVE CD.

Or, clean your contacts and buy a convertor plug that will plug into your round plug and allow you to use the flat 4 pin plug.

Thanks!

The terminals are terribly corroded on the back of then unit - when I took it apart it was full of water, apparently the gasket was holding water in.

Mine is just a small plastic plug that has the round connector on one end and the flat on the other end, most trailor shops have them.

The damaged piece is the part that mounts to the truck - where you would plug the above mentioned adapter in to. The damage from it being full of water is bad enough that one of the pins no longer has power.

I could replace the terminals, but since I only use the 4 flat plugs I figured I'd just install one of them.
