Default Trailer wiring

I've had my disco wired up has worked with no problems with many trailers. I hooked up an old trailer that apparently had crappy wiring, frayed wires etc. Now I have no power to the trailer at the connection...No power at the connection on the truck side.

I was thinking a fuse or relay or something but the fuses seem to be ok...

Am I looking at the wrong fuses? Is there a special fuse somewhere?

Suggestions

The 30amp fuse or is there breaker or relay? Is there only one 30amp fuse?

I’ll have to ask him, but I think it was actually the breaker fuse (bigger square type).

What about the chocolate bar size relay in behind the tail lite area? It's a trailer relay. attached to the trailer wiring...

That was my first though.. internal fuse? Or it cooked it. easy enough to toss a volt meter on both sides of that box

Actually...I found a wee inline fuse (15amp) on the truck side of the converter box behind the tail light.it was blown. I replaced it and everything works again!

Thanks folks!
