Is it possible to replace the high/low cross-shaft on the transfer case? Or straight up remove it so it can be repaired? The rod actuating the cross-shaft on the TC itself broke, and when I went in to press out the clevis pin (holding the cable rod to the cross shaft) I apparently made it worse. I had gotten it loose from rust but apparently misaligned the press and further damaged everything.

The only other option I see right now is to replace the transfer case. This Disco is one rusty bucket but I'm not quite ready to give up on it. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated!
