The DI tranny does NOT have a computer.

 

yeah no computer... just a mechanical linkage... i did add a bottle of lucas trans additive to the trans in the short bus... it does shift smoother... normally i would not add stuff like that, but i alread have the spragg clutch issue with this trans and it needs to be either rebuilt or replaced sooner or later... i guess i will just have to make some time and swap the trannies from the trail truck into the bus... the one i picked up from the junkyard only hass 101000 miles... so thats 60000 miles less than the one i am using...
