can you describe what it is doing in a little more detail?
is it happening from a stop?
what gear is it popping out of?
is it going into neutral? if so, are you able to shift back into 3rd or Drive?
is the gear shifter actually moving or can you feel the transmission slipping out of gear? how do you get it back in gear?
when was the last time you checked the fluid level?
