You want to replace the entire module? There are other things you can do to fix it.
Shuttle Valve Switch, etc.

For the Shuttle Valve I would recommend FalconWorks and also get the shuttle valve seals. It is a bit more in cost but well worth it.
ABS shuttle valve code solution; brake fluid leaks

For the wiring, any standard 2 prong trailer connector will work. Can usually be found in any automotive store.

If you don't already have an ABS tester you have a couple of choices.
1.)
Amazon.com: Autel AL619 OBDII/CAN Scan Tool: Automotive Amazon.com: Autel AL619 OBDII/CAN Scan Tool: Automotive
or
2.) http://www.rswsolutions.com/index.ph...d=56&Itemid=55

I have done the above fix and currently have both of the scanners. After doing the install I would recommend going ahead and flushing the entire brake system with new fluid. Follow the RAVE on bleeding steps and order.

You never expect the Josh's A and B repair will always fix the 3 Amigo's, there are at least 16 different reasons for the lights to come on and until you get the codes actually read you are just guessing and or wasting your time.

I got 01 mass air flow sensor? And 1452? Could drive shaft vibration be doing it?

Explain your last message, what do you mean you have a MAF and as far as I have checked there is no 1452 for your truck.
