Watch out for Rover Cannibal. I have seen many complaints about their customer service and quality. They were investigated by the state for taking people's cars and not paying for them among other things. Do a search on the various Rover forums. Lots to read.

Funny thing...spoke with the guys at Cannibal who gave me some info, but couldn't answer all my questions, for which they referred me to Mark at D&D Fabrications...apparently where they get the parts to perform the conversion! Called Mark (who BTW has a tad better rep and more experience) and he's happy to do the conversion, sort of cutting out the middle man. Price will be the same, end product specs nearly identiacal, but now I'm not really worried about whether or not I'll ever see my engine again or if I'll get good customer service should something go wrong. Will either perform now or after the winter as the rover will be out of commission and my back-up car doesn't do so well on the white stuff.
