First off welcome back, second the things you are complaining about make no sense to me. You don't like the bare SS fine, paint it yourself and call it a day. Not sure what state you live in, (profile/sig is as bare as the desert), but not everyone allows you to carry your firearm inside their business be it open or concealed carry. That is the main thing you would use the center locking cubby for = safely securing your firearm while away from your vehicle and unable to carry. You complain about the combo & you do know you can use it unlocked right? Also depending on the state laws it is normally frowned upon having a loaded firearm within arms reach even with a CHL. Unless it can be secured.

First off... it’s not being sold just as a gun safe. It’s a safe to put what ever you want in it.
Second... why did you get another account DOH?

@Best4x4 Fantastic cubby box. I may just buy one. What I really want is an option for a hidden lockable box that would take the place of the CD Changer under the passenger seat. Just big enough to hold a wallet, keys, and phone while I'm playing on the beach To me, a thief (the opportunist type) will first check a center console and glove box, but my never consider looking under a seat. Build one of those and I will bring my $$$.

Thanks!

While I was at the LRO show yesterday in Peterborough, UK, I confirmed with Ryan Wild that his company WILD4x4 makes the lockable cubby box for Tuff-Rox. He does this at a cheaper price from his FaceBook Page where I bought my box... https://m.facebook.com/Wild-4x4-876391959112106/
