Default U-Joints

Does anyone know of a good place to buy the Neapco PDQ 1-0005 u-joints.
I'm going to have my front drive line rebuilt and I am having a problem locating them. I tried Advanced Auto but they don't list them.
Thanks Dave

I bought them there when I needed them, along with a centering ball.
Are you replacing all 4, if over 100,000 miles and bad greasing habits, it would be a good idea.

Looks like maybe Advance has quit carrying them. Unfortunate.
Here's another source: NEAPCO PDQ U-JOINT,1-0005 - Motorheadautoparts.com
Or you can use the Precision u-joints.

Thanks, I will be replacing all of them and the centering ball. I found a drive line place here in town that will rebuild it for me for 100.00. does that sound about right. I've never had one rebuilt before. I will be supplying the parts.
Thanks Again Dave

Default yep..

Sounds right...I paid $125.00.. advanced auto does carry them but only by the right part numbers not under land rover. use the part numbers listed in the rebuild section and they will have them. I just got mine 4 weeks ago...

That's the part number I tried and it shows nothing.
I will try it again, I also chatted with a rep online and they were no help at all. All they wanted to know was what vehicle it was and engine size.

What ever you buy, make sure they are not made in China.

NAPA doesn't carry Neapco or PDQ.

Come to think of it, I believe Tom Woods may sell some 1300 series u-joints with the zerk on the end cap.

Advanced Auto does carry them, I bought 4 of them from there on Saturday here in Denver. Their website is a PITA to find them online, but the stores still had them
