Long extensions & wobble sockets = you can get access to all the bell housing bolts. You can let the engine drop a little bit to help but as mentioned above don't go to far.
On the replacement pictured above the TC should have been held in or installed back in to protect the transmission, seals, and pump. It's also kinda rusty like it's been sitting outside so just take that into account. I always stick a small rod or screw up into one of the inspection plate bolt holes. It will keep the TC from falling out during removal or while being moved around outside of the vehicle.

yeah stored out in an old bus, and wobble sockets a good idea. And what should I do if anything to it?
they are holding it for me as I have no money. even trying to do a go fund me to help raise for it

Me, l'd look for another trans. If they don't take the time to store it properly, TC pushed in where it should be and in a dry storage area...forget it. Plus, the shifter cable bracket looks mangled...yeah...l know you can change bracket...but make sure those bolts come out before you buy it...nothing more frustrating...then getting broken off bolts out of aluminum.
Since the TC is just hanging there, pull it out and check the color of the fluid...if it's dark at all...walk away.

Update
Ok so I picked it up and have rained the fluids in both the tcase and transmission. Both looked good no odd smells and transmission guild was a darker red but to really dark.
so I did order front and rear seals for the transmission and the front input on the tcase.
question the connector on the transmission the bigger one not the xyz one how does that come off?
Next thing is an issue the threaded part of the shifter input shaft broke off as I was trying to remove the damn nut.
I am looking into drilling the shaft and tapping it.
And everything shifts correctly on transmission and tcase
