Default Ultra Gauge

I will be doing the Oil Pressure DIY in a week or 2. Ordering parts today. Will also order an Ultra Gauge. Question. Ultra Gauge is just pulling temp info from computer. So is the coolant temp accurate on Ultra?

I've seen the Temp Gauge DIY, and was planning on doing it. But, If I get an ultra gauge, do I still need to do the coolant upper hose, temp gauge DIY to accurately monitor temps? Or is it same thing basically? I'd rather not have to add 2 gauges (oil pressure/coolant temp) if not necessary. 1 gauge is clean. 2 become a little clustered.

If you are going to add a plate for your oil pressure, consider also adding an oil temp gauge to the same sandwich plate. Oil temp is really more important then coolant temp.
And yes, the temp rad from your ultra gauge is accurate.
