Default Ultra gauge saved it

Wife had the rover out last night for a drive and then they noticed the temps going up way to fast. They called me and turned around and drove home got up too 225. By the time they pulled in. This morning the green puddle on passengers side by rear of the front tire. Come to find out the expansion tank cracked at the lower connection to the throttle body heater side.
well the gauge saved our baby :-)

While you have the system drained it is good time to replace all other non-metal components that have not already been replaced, also install inline thermostat.
