Under $30 Hannibal Rack Hi-Jack Lift Brackets
Ok I found these 2" x 2" aluminum ballast brackets online for under $20 delivered. They fit perfectly over my hannibal rack but are a little to long in width. I plan on cutting them to fit my rack securely and adding a bolt threw the middle. Also plan on painting them black to match my rack. I'll post some pics when I am done.

I'm looking for the exact same thing, but 1" round. Where did you get those?
I plan on making a bracket like this.
