I got the winch mount from AB, but I believe it is the same as what’s available from First Four. Installation went well, very little modification.
There is no vertical space for the winch control box, so I removed it, dismantled it and mounted the guts on the inner panel behind the grille.
The only concession is I have to drop the top of the grille down to reach the winch wire freewheeling lever.
My Disco came to me with the big ARB bull bar and I want to move to something more compact. A winch would be nice as well, but I don't want to cut up the grill to achieve both. I think you've come across the winning combination!

The first steel bumper I really like. $491.04 is a great price if shipping from UK wasn't an additional $318.91.
