Default Upper Intake strange washer

I am trying to put upper intake back. does anyone know where that thick washer goes to?

i looked little seems like #10 spacer

Intake Manifold, Top End, Engine, Discovery II - Rovers North - Classic Land Rover Parts


The spacer does not go through any of the bolts! help stuck

You have some extras. 4 long in middle and 2- front and back. Vaccum clamp?
The other seems to be a non rover bolt.

when I took out I put in a baggy. its a 1/4 in thick metal spacer.

that might be for the cacuum clamp on top

Funny, I'm in the same boat. I had the 4 long and 2 short bolts in a bag with a thick spacer. I cannot for the life of me figure out where it goes. Did you determine where by chance?

The spacer goes between the intake and the support bracket on the tubes to the heater core on the right side of the plenum.
Mine has a stud were it mounts I find it easier to remove the stud when installing the upper plenum. Then secure it afterwards.

The short bolts? Idle air control mounting clamp? EVAP?

Thanks BackInA88! I was starting to wonder if that is where the spacer went. The bolts I was fine with but that stupid spacer was an irritation.
