Default (URGENT-ish) Great Mechanic/BodyWork Place in NYC area? ('04 Disco II)

Hey folks - hope everyone is well. Just shipped my 2004 Disco II out from SF to NYC (plan to use upstate and out on long island where I grew up, definitely not for city driving - but unfortunately, when they were loading it onto the truck carrier, they *thought* it would fit on the bottom level and jammed the uprights from the custom made water/fuel can rack (by my mechanic Danny) onto the crossbar of the carrier truck, which put downward pressure on my Safety Devices rack, caused it to bow in the middle and crack on the right side, and I believe the front right spotlight got pushed down a bit.

Unloading the truck in 30mins and then need to drive it to a mechanic/bodywork guy right afterwards to have it inspected (both for immediate insurance coverage & b/c the garage I had sorted out fell through - if anyone has a recommendation for a not crazy expensive, safe, height appropriate - 7.5ft or higher garage in the lower manhattan, brooklyn, jersey city area - that would be greatly appreciated as well!)

SO - my question - does anybody have a solid (transparent, honest - would allow me to source parts if needed) mechanic/bodywork person in the NYC area? I'm in the Financial District (Wall Street) - so Brooklyn works, but really just looking for a long term, reliable mechanic/bodywork guy.

Attaching pics of my baby, the rack jam and 2 photos of damage.

Also - if anyone needs a solid mechanic in the Bay Area, Danny Figueroa @ 007 Motorsports in San Mateo, California was my guy for 7 years and is the MAN - honest, hardworking, transparent - and frankly, could use the work that I've taken with me to the east coast if you go his way, tell him I sent you & he'll take care of you. https://g.co/kgs/znjnW9M

Appreciate you all!

Update: sorted out parking, but still in need of a good LandRover (2000s era) mechanic in the NYC area!
Reached out to Carlos @ British AutoWorks in the Bronx per some older threads & will report back on how that goes, but welcome suggestions east or west of the Financial District (Jersey City, Hoboken, Brooklyn).
Thank you all & rover on!

Vinnie at RoverSpecialist in Clifton NJ is a great tech. He has done a bunch of work on my D2, been seeing him for over 60k miles now.

The user mollusc is very active on this forum lives in Staten Island. He may have some recommendations. I thought he might weigh in. You could send him a private message.

I did see this thread this morning, but I've had a monster day and haven't been back on the forum.
Also, I don't really have any recommendations as I do all my own work. Sorry! The only one that came to mind was the place in Clifton, given above.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this shop. Had me over a barrel and ripped me off a few years ago ($600 for a starter). Yet had time to install license plate frames (front and rear) advertising the shop.

He may do good work, but his business practices are not my style.

Thank you all for the recommendations & feedback! My urgency was initially b/c my original parking situation in NYC fell through the day my disco showed up, but hustled and found a good situation, which bought me a little more time to find a mechanic. Looked at the 10yr old post recommending Carlos @ British Auto Works in the Bronx - gonna drop it off with him tomorrow and will report back on my experience - as I'm looking for a long term shop.

Appreciate this community! Looking forward to riding/getting together at some point.
