This thing is still useful and it’s clean, just has some issues where it took damage over time due to the age and design/build quality - cracked around the joint where they all crack so it swings around a bit when it’s up against the driver window and you take a turn a bit enjoyably. The mirror cover also spontaneously combusted recently. I don’t want to trash it in case it’s useful to someone.

The crack happens around the toothed part. I tried to clamp and epoxy it, but it didn’t go well. Maybe it could be dissolved or reheated and redone better.
