Using the proper tool is great (posidrive vs phillips)
I just picked up this screw driver:

It is a posidrive #4 and makes taking those rusted in DII rotor locator screws off a breeze. They get stripped easily using a phillips head (because they are not phillips heads) and then you waste time drilling them out. I never replace the screws but I just did a first time break job for a friend and this screwdriver was a great time saver. It's huge and heavy duty also for good torque. I usually try a impact driver first but this drove the screws right out.
FYI Facom is made in france and makes some pretty nice tools. Also check out Harry Epstein's if you are in the market for some cool tools.
