Default Vacuum hose/booster issue

Just replace damn near whole braking system (mc, rear axle seal, pads, calipers, rear hoses, rotors didn't need it, front hoses, either) still have spongy brakes but they WILL work....may have to go to floor or if a quick stop is needed, I can pump a couple times and stop but I can hear the hissing. It has been bled, bled, n bled!!!! Check engine came on couple days ago and code basically let's me know there's a leaky vacuum hose. Wondering if its safe to say its the booster vac hose and is it just a matter of hose on hose off and GO
