Default Vacuum leak

I have a vacuum leak on my 00 with 117K and I cannot find it. The codes I am getting are P0103 and P1884. I recently put is 4 new O2 sensors and an MAF and now I keep getting a recurring vacuum leak. Any body have any tips on how to find the leak? I have traced each line that I could with my hand and have found nothing. The brake booster line that goes into the air intake, the one with the red clip, has a broken red clip. Could this be the cause of this trouble? I have been fighting this for a couple of weeks and now am running out of patience and money for parts. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you still running your gray factory plug wires?
Your 103 code is for a MAF circuit high input signal. Call whoever you bought the MAF from and have them replace it under warrant. This will also cause the 1884 fault.
By the way, where did you buy the MAF and did it come in a Rover box?
What leads you to think you have a vacuum leak?

I have changed the plugs and wires recently and it sounds healthy; idles normal, no smoking... I recently had codes that told me I had a problem with the evap and secondary air leak. The MAF came from my guy at Napa that usually does me very well for the parts I need, it did not come in a Rover box it was a Bosch box.

You said the word I was looking for, "NAPA". I have spoken with so many people who have had issues with the Non Rover MAF they sell.
Just out of curiosity, how much did they charge you for it?
Bottom line, you will need to order the proper MAF on line, and I have a good site with one of the better prices for a Rover MAF, in the box.
Talk to Napa and see if you can return it due to the faults it is throwing.

If it was the complete MAF, tube assembly and all, a good price on line is around $200, $260 plus from the dealer.

So, I hope pick on this issue, NAPA MAF at $60 plus will not work on our D2's. I have seen many cases of this over the last year or so, so stay away from them.
Kelly, Glad it work out, talk to you next month when something else happens, don't let it happen on your trip.
