Default Vacuum System D2

I looked through the Rave but didn't find any diagrams or information relating to the vacuum lines as a whole and in particular to the cruise control functions.

My cruise control stopped working. It was OK a month ago and when I tried to use it 2 weeks ago I got nothing. The only thing that I could find was the end of one plastic line in the engine bay at the top of the firewall with all of the others. There are a cluster of lines stacked up, each going somewhere but I see one that is just cut off---nowhere for it to splice into, nor was there an end to another line where it may have been broken in 2.

Iphone wouldn't send video. I tried.

That looks like a breather tube, possibly for the transmission or a diff, I'm not entirely sure what. But, it's a breather tube. Mine is exactly the same way. I also lost cruise control a while back but never looked into it as it did not affect anything else. So, hopefully someone will post an answer for that so we both can figure it out. I do know the CC vacuum is separate from the other vacuum system though, so it probably is an easy fix.

Having the same issue. Found the vacuum lines on the cruise module but can't figure out how it goes into the drivers compartment. Can't find the vacuum line behind the brake pedal. Rave seems to show on the body under the fuse panel if that makes sense.

Is there another module attached to the cruise module in the engine compartment?

When I get to my laptop at home I'll look through RAVE and other threads and let you know what I find. It's time I fix mine as well.

Check the vacuum lines on the cruise control module itself. If I remember correctly, there are four of them. One large and three small ones on the module. Due to the proximity of the module to the right-side exhaust manifold, the lines (especially the big one) is prone to cracking. The big line is connected to the backside of the diaphram, with the other end attached to the cruise control throttle cable. In the diagram that Dusty1 posted, the big line is between the parts that are labeled as #8 and #9.
