Welp its tourqued and not leaking at this point lol....so i'm going to leave it....only leaks continue to be power steering pump/hoses lol....

Yep
The hole and insert are so far off it pops the gasket off that lip.

Exactly my problem, same location.
It'll seal, but who knows for how long,
and it's not right, just installed the only way it'll work.
I think there's a long run of bad gaskets out there.
