Doing some work on my valve covers and I noticed that only the passenger side has a small restrictor cap and a oil separator. The drivers side is wide open. Is this the correct configuration for a 2004 Disco with a 4.6L Bosch engine?

 

This is correct. That seperator is only on the PS.
