Going to be pulling the heads soon and wanted to get valve stem seals ordered so they are here when I need them. The Rave CD mentions intake and exhaust seals, but some of the parts sites say only intakes are used. Anybody know for sure? Any recommendations where to get them?

I would go to Rover cause if I remember right they made a change on the valve stem seals so they won't carbon up like the original one did which was a huge problem.
How many miles on your truck?

 

107,000 miles - just broken in. Are there both intake and exhaust seals?
