Default Trick to getting the old valve seals off?

I'm in the middle of this job right now, and wanted to know if there's a trick to getting the old valve stem oil seals off, and installing the new ones? They seem to be pressed on, and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to simply "grab" them to pull the old ones off, nor an easy way to "press" the new ones on without potential damage.

Can someone let me know if there's a trick that I can find searching the forums? Thanks for any advice.

Twist them off carefully with a pliers. I used a socket to tap in the new ones.
