first go download the RAVE manual. It's the workshop manual for your truck available for free here http://www.landroverresource.com/doc...hop_Manual.pdf

it's great that you have a good attitude about working on your truck.

is your check engine light on? or is there some other reason you want to change the o2 sensors? have you rebuilt or replaced your front drive shaft? you should familiarize yourself with common problems and once they are tackled then move on to other items.

When you do replace the thermostat I highly recommend a 180 degree thermostat it will allow your engine to run around 200 at it's peak rather then 210 with the normal thermostat. I would also switch from the orange (dexcool) coolant to a universal coolant like Peak.

Here is a plumbing plan from the RAVE. It is a very good resource.

sounds like an easy 2 hours of work ahead of you. just make sure you put the thermostat in the same way you took the old one out. Lots of people put it in backwards and can't figure out why the truck gets hot.

as for the O2's make sure there is no oil or anything dripping down that killed the ones you have currently installed. screw the new ones in connect em clear the code and ur good to go.

Exactly what he said, make sure your connections are clean and then apply dielectric grease to the connectors before plugging them in it will also help to keep water out out of your connections. if you have that much fun!
