I still have time tomorrow to check the rest of the truck. So far, over all, the 04' looks very new compared to mine which I thought was very well maintained but mine got very minimal rust. Anyway, thanks for all your advice and I'll let you know once I got it or not.

Exchange all if that time & labor for travel expenses to find one in better condition is my advise. I had a car from earlier years that lost the battle against rust. I lived up North and it was a daily driver. Considering the amount of money to getting it back to rust free and knowing it would once again be exposed to the same elements changed my mind. That is my advice... Never easy.
