Default RE: Warranty

Call your dealer they have info on extended warranties that will
cover more on your LR than most other groups.

Call you bank as well. I belong to a Credit Union that offers extended warranties to its members. Your bank may do the same.

Default RE: Warranty

I just got a quote for a 3 year extended warranty from the dealer. $4400. It covers everything mechanical and electrical. No rubber parts(hoses etc) no consumables (exhaust, brakes etc..) In the 3 months that I've owned my '03 Disco, I've had to replace; some emissions sensor of some sort, two wheel speed sensors, the serpetine belt, the entire ECU, break calipers, cruise controll and some bolts and exhaust hangers that aparently just "fell off". Yikes. Thankfully my Disco is still under the manufacturer warranty. So all of this was at no cost to me. I've got 10K miles left on it, that $4400 is looking to be justified.
