Default Washed the Engine

So, i carefully washed the engine at the self serve car wash. Left it running, did not spray electronics, low pressure, etc.

Interesting outcome.
I have had the p1214 p 1215? The driver side SAI codes. I would clear them and they come back a couple days later.

After the wash it ran poorly for a couple days, stumbling, etc. Threw the following codes:
P1300
p0308
p0304
p0302
p1319
p0154
p0175

Cleared them a couple times, and the codes are gone. No SAI codes either. Not sure what I did, but they have been gone for a week. Posting this will surely bring them back.

Side note, I have a scraping type sound at acceleration. nothing at idle. It is sporadic. I tired to diagnose it this weekend, but I could not get it to repeat.

Any ideas?

I had the same problems whenever I pressure washed the engine. The o2 sensors hate any kind of moisture, pack them with di-electric grease.
