Default Water Leaking

Hi Guys-
I have a '99 Disc II that is now leaking water (when it rains) from the driver's side visor area. At first it was just a couple of drops, but not it is soaking the headliner. Any idea where the leak can be coming from? The area around the sunroof is completely dry. I've also checked the seal around the windshield and it seems to be tight. Thanks!

Well it is obvious you haven't done a search, God there are tons of old posts on this and other site. Do some searching and once you have a little more idea what is going on get back to us. Won't do much good to help you if you don't know what we are talking about.

The drain to your sunroof is clogged.

Or there's too much dirt build up on the sunroof seal and inner glass. Clean that with silicone spray and rag.

Not sure about your '03, but look and see if you have the hole for the SAT/NAV, it is on the roof at the back of the trk, sometimes the seal will leak. The hole is there even if you do not have SAT/NAV.

you need to reseal the flange that sits behind the front roof gutter, remove the outter a-pillars, pull off the trim, and youll see a hole, seal it up with silicon, then drop down the front of the headliner, and behind a foam piece on either side theres a body seam, use some clear silicon on this too, itll fix your problem
