I've run ERL Aquamist on two supercharged cars now, water or methanol (washer fluid) injection is good for in cylinder cooling and detonation control, but I've never heard of it being used for fuel economy before.

Installation is key on these systems, a leaky mister and you fill your cylinders with water. Only bad things happen after that.
