so the concensus is there is no consensus hahahahaha

i will check the ac drains. what do i use to clear it?

then i will vaccuum out the carpet. then inspect the windsheild for any cracks or spots that look like they could be leaking around the dash area.

just went through and searched out past threads.

looks like it could be a small tube under the carpet on the passenger side that is next to the trunny tunnel. something easily dislodged and can leak A/C condensation into the carpet.

so i took a towel and placed it under the floormat and put a heavy box on top of the mat overnight to sop up any water i could. (this was monday night)

took the towel out yesterday morning and the carpet was dryish. checked again lastnight after it had been raining all day and the carpet was still dry. so i dont think is was a leak, but maybe from wet shoes before i put in mats. i will drive the rig after work tonight and run the defroster and A/C and see what happens.

then tomorrow the rover gets new ujoints

I have a good leak on passenger side, last week i removed the cover under the glove box to remove and clean squirrel cage. after I put it all back together I have a lot of water on clear floor. could I have disconnected a drain hose I didn't see??
I'm in Arizona, 110 to 120deg during the day and she sits outside with no rain lately.

I would not count out the sun roof. My back one leaks and it pools in the front passenger foot well if the car is parked on a slight decline.

Look and see if water has been going through the blower motor in the passenger well (you'll see rust and deposits). If yes, then your windshield is leaking.
If no, then it's most likely your AC nipples (I found jamming a length of coat hanger into each and giving a good stir did the trick).
Or of course it could be both if you are lucky like me.
