Water pouring into passenger footwell!
New windshield, lower cowl, A pillar moldings, sealed upper rain trim areas inside and out, and new headliner. Installed a new(er) dash and did the blower fan service a few months ago.
At the car wash this morning and I notice water free flowing into the passenger footwell. The cover below the fan assy is off and the water seems to be coming off the lowest point of the fan - gushing!
The amount of water leads me to believe it wil be something obvious - once I find the hole.
any ideas/clues?
Thanks in advance,

Check this area. You can easily test -- what you're looking for is water getting in AROUND the air intake. I'd bet that's it. It can also get in straight through the air intake but if you have a new cowl, it should be fine. If the cowl is installed incorrectly or cracked, water gets in right through the air intake.

Took the cowl off. Sealed around the inlet base with RTV and added some marine weatherstripping. Dry as a bone. Don’t really like the way the seal on a brand new cowl bows in a couple of spots and loses contact with the windshield - it was like this before the weatherstripping too. If I push the cowl as far up as possible, the seal does flatten out, bun theN I’m afraid of too much pressure on the engine bay seal when the hood is closed.

Heads up that little push-in fastener you're using on the cowl isn't the right one. I have no idea if water is leaking through it just a slight bit too, but .. here's the correct one:
AWR3994 - Scrivet - https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic...?code=L5C01050
JYF100190 - Plastic Washer (goes under the cowl between cowl and the metal support bracket) - https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic...?code=L5C01050
You'd need 2 of each.
These washers are missing on 99% of Disco's btw
