Default Water Pump leaking from small hole in front cover?

We were away for a week and upon our return [before we took the Disco out for a drive] I checked the oil and coolant levels and topped them up. The wife took the truck for some errand running yesterday and this morning we noticed a puddle of coolant under the truck.....
I refilled the [now] empty reservoir and started the truck to see droplets coming from a small hole on the front of the water pump.
The seals around the pump are fine but when the engine is running there is a steady drip coming from this little hole.

It was fine before we left for vacation, what a welcome back!

Thank you in advance for any advice on what this may be.

thank you for the information - very helpful link!
So I guess it's off the Atlantic British or Rovers North.
Is it worth springing the $359.00 for the Original Land Rover pump or will a replacement model suffice? Any experience with an aftermarket unit?
Atlantic British "Recommends" a mid price unit but it is hard to tell without seeing it if there are an differences.

If you search on here I believe Disco Mike recommends a specific heavy duty water pump.

You want to get the one with the solid brass impeller.
