While waiting for my replacement A/C condenser fan this summer to arrive in the mail. My temp was up to from 195f to 209F. I added two bottles of Water Wetter and only made a few short trips around town while waiting. It dropped my temp to normal range. 188-202F. I'm **** about watching it with my ScanGuageII. The dash temp guage was barely above horizontal so I have written it off as useless until its too late. So the A/C fan does make a difference in cooling as I have found from this past summer. I would say Water Wetter helps keep your temp stable and lube the bearing in the water pump. Also it kept the water temp no higher than 204F with no condensor fan in 80 degree Indiana summer.

Both Water Wetter and Purple do a great job at helping disippate heat quicker, lubing the water pump and as on engineer told me it makes the water slippery so you move more volumn.

Do you use Water Wetter or Purple with 50/50 or with just water.
