I already have the ARB bumper installed w/ the TF MD's. I am looking to bring the ride height higher (i have a two inch kit installed but didn't really yield two inches) and am not sure which route (spacers or switching over to HD springs) would yield better results. I do not want a harsh ride. My truck, currently, is a daily driver. I am not willing to sacrifice ride quality. I can achieve the result I am after by adding a ~1 inch spacer.

I guess the answer I am after is can I run, long term, MD springs with the ARB bumper? I don't want sagging issues in a couple of years.

YES!!!!
I'm running my ORIGINAL springs with my ARB, no issues at all.
You're fine dude, add the spacers and be done.

I second that. For a DD spacers aren't going to hurt anything.

But......

Before I got the lift that I have now, I was running 2 inch HD's and the ride quality wasn't bad at all. Sure, I felt speed bumps a bit more, but it really wasn't that horrible of a ride. I didn't have any aftermarket anything. I just needed the lift to clear my tires from rubbing and I thought it was great. I was actually kind of disappointed when I got my new Medium Duty lift and how boat like it was.

Just my 2 cents.
