Default Weird acceleration

I’m working on fixing every single thing I can on my 2003 and one issue I’m working with right now is that when I wide open throttle I don’t get much acceleration at all. I do have things like roof rack and arb bumper with bigger tires but if I do a kick down the rpm will go to 3500 but slowly drops down to 3000 then slowly increases. It will take 10 seconds to go up 10 mph. When coming from a stop I don’t have too much issues but above 25-30 that’s what happens. I have no check engine light

i can try to record a video if that is what’s needed

How are you getting to WOT? The manual instructs that the way is by sharply flooring the pedal... Not gradually getting to the end of pedal motion... All at once in one fast move.
