Default Weird head light situation

Hey guys, I have a youtube link to my head light situation below but let me explain

the head lights physically work. When I disarm my alarm the headlights come on

prior to this situation happening, I would have inconsistent headlight function one light on and the other only on “day time” mode or none,

now my lights do not come on, the high beams are stuck on and will not come off.

there is a weird rapid clicking from behind the fuse box unless I turn head lights to on position.

I have unplugged the four relays in the photo while the clicking is going on and that does not stop the clicking

here is a video uploaded to youtube showing the issue .

Well that is bizarre, that sounds like a tanked relay. There is a little fan in dash on the left side it might be related if it is your fuse box.

There are relays built into the passenger compartment fuse box, on the back side of the circuit board. They're not replaceable. Only fix is to replace the entire thing.
I believe that there are different versions of the fuse box for earlier and later trucks.

I can try and order one from eBay there seems to be a few of them, however is there a way to determine that is the actual issue and not something else prior to ordering the fuse box

You can pull the fuse box and open it up. My guess is that you might see evidence of something amiss inside, like dry solder joints or water/rust.
Unfortunately, it's not really possible to hook it up while it's open so you can observe things like the relays, because the wire bundles that connect to it are only just long enough to reach it when it's installed in its proper position.

UPDATE

today the clicking noise that you hear on the youtube link is 1/2 the speed and the high beam is not stuck on anymore and the head lights and the fog lights both work.

what the heck is going on? 😂

UPDATE

well after 2 days of running fine. Including most of today. The fast clicking noise and the high beams stuck on and the no head lights is back. So back to square one. No ideas what is going on, if some people could chime in I would really appreciate it

I'm with mollusc. Pull the fusebox and at least have a look.
