Could be all in my head. If it were though, RTE wouldn't make an ACE disconnect kit, methinks.
ACE disconnect? Do you have a link? Never heard of it

I toyed with a disconnect that I made, for the sake of curiosity. When disconnected the only change was that I looked like I wanted to be in a jeep. I was Crawling under and getting my tangerine silk suit all dirty, for absolutely no advantage. If your links to the roll bar are long enough, ace will no limit you.....well maybe if you are 4/3linked with coil overs (in which case you would have surely ditched the system anyway)but I have a tad longer arms and 11/12" and ace is not a limitation in the equation.

Tip from an idiot: If you make custom links for ace roll bar, make them length adjustable (at least temporarily) until you get the desired length zeroed in.
