You can tell it's from Texas as it doesn't have the heated windshield or heated seat switch pack. And now it's sitting in Philly. A few other things while I'm at it:
- Not even an SE7 model... no jump seats, no air ride, etc
- Expansion tank looks like it has Dexcool
- K&N air filter? MAF will have a short life
- "A/C blows ice cold" (Yup, it's winter )
- "Tow hitch" (I've yet to see a Disco that doesn't have one)
- "Serviced CD changer" (Huh? put a disc cleaner in there? )
- My favorite part of the ad "The engine is an exceptional V8 very lightweight durable aluminum cast one of the most powerful in the segment"
Finally had time to analyze the ad and put in my 2 cents....

 

Exactly. That is the prospective buyers "too good to be true" mentality.

 

+1. Sums it up really. Basic model, basic spec and huge price. But as SS says, it's got Michelins WOW..........................eeeerrrr, never used them, Goodyear Eagles F1 first off (great highway tire - for fast (haha) touring and towing) and now Continental Cross Contact UHP (got 'em cheap at less than half price, old stock, but not so grippy in the wet)
