Advance Auto sells the Dayco... what's your zipcode. I'll look it up and find a store that may have it local for you.

They are all 90mm ... it looks like cheap plastic vs the metal one I pulled out of the Rover. And mine is smooth

I'd say you need to source it elsewhere.... the ones on britishatlantic are smooth as well.

The #9 pulley doesn't have any grooves on it, Atlantic British has Pulley Idler 70MM Polyvee (Part # PQR500060) - Land Rover ancillary components from Atlantic British which looks right but I would prefer to get this tonight or tomorrow morning :/

Maybe this.... I typed in "PQR101150 pulley dayco" into google machine and got the Dayco part below. It's 70mm according to Advance Auto, but 80mm according to Dayco's PDF:
http://www.daycoproducts.com/daycowe...Dimensions.pdf

It's a toss up I suppose and it's going to be plastic.

I ordered the 70mm pulley instead of the 80mm pulley and had no issue running the 70mm pulley in plcae of the 80mm. AllMakes4x4 brand.

Ok got the new pulley on the way.. also what is the correct method of loosening the belt? I dont see a conventional tensioner pulley anywhere on this thing

It's #1 on the diagram. Put it on the bolt that gows throught he center of the pulley and act like you are tightening it. The tensioner will swing towards the drivers side and the belt will become loose. The bigger wratchet/breaker bar you use the easier it will be.
