Is this something I can download? I'm removing my engine and everyone is using it. If I need it please can someone help me find it?

I'm going to start replacing the motor tomorrow and everyone is saying they followed the rave procedures but that manual doesn't have a procedure for taking the motor out....any clue what they are using?

If you have not DL complete Rave that may have more complete instructions on engine removal on previous editions. You may need to read much and use common sense. In addition search of forum or web may help.

And the acronym stands for Rover Automated Viewing Environment.

RAVE is the absolute bible for Landrovers and is produced by Landrover, it's their workshop repair manual, it covers everything especially on the D2 but other models have also got a workshop manuals elsewhere. Well worth downloading if you run a D2 and need help.

interesting comment Offroad as I feel that the DI manual is better written than that for the DII. And I thought RAVE stood for 'Rovers ain't very economical'

Will agree to disagree. And the best reason to DL complete Rave so that you can review previous D1 and RR manuals that may be helpful and access to D2 electrical info.
