Default What should I replace in the block?

Hello, long story short, I’m having the 4.6 re-sleeved this next week and since the block is getting completely disassembled I was wondering what I should replace while I’m in there. The shop is charging me $1,500 for the machining and I’d like to keep my total cost as low as possible and only replace things that need to be or should be. (One day I’ll put some recreational maintenance into this, but for now just the nessecary stuff.) From the amount of build up on the heads and pictons I assume previous owners primarily ran low grade fuel through this. Not sure if it’s relevant but I’m not sure if that wares anything out in there faster. Thanks in advance.

Engine has about ~148k miles

Cam bearings and have the sleeves pinned if it's in the budget

You're going through the rest of the engine...bearings, rings, machine the heads, oil pump, etc...right?

If not, this is no time to cut corners...you've got the engine totally disassembled...do it right the first time.

Brian.
