Whats A Good Tire? (ASAP)
Alrighty then..... now that the problem I was having with posting on here seems to be solved. I suppose I can post the pictures for you guys.[8D]
Excuse the crappy shots, it was cold, and dark, and... upside down. So yeah, but you can see the numbers at least.

hmm, well I would of never guessed they were 34s..being 10.50 wide must be what threw me off. Im use to anything over 32 being 12.50 wide.
X2 on the lift..any idea how much it has?

If anyone knows of a tire that does anything on ice but slide - other than studded tires, that is -I know a lot of people that are interested!
Love the look on your rover, Street. I have been running the Nitto Terra Grapplers for about three years, now, and love them. Haven't been stuck, yet, off road.

I previously recommended Bridgestone Dueler A/Ts. After driving them on ice I have to retract that recommendation. They're decent in snow but suck on ice. I would have better traction on ice skates. I run Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armors on my Dodge and love them. They're great all around tires. Ice, snow, dry roads, off road. Great tires. Pricy but great tires.

those swampers run smaller than indicated which is why they work well with rovers. as for a recommendation, dunlop radial rover r/t.

I'm running Definity Dakota A/T (265/70/16) on my 03. The previous owner had just put them on and they are only sold at Pep Boys. They are made by Cooper and have a decent enough tread but handle well on the hiway and are quiet. They have a 50,000 warranty (40,000 on the M/T version which is a little more aggressive). So far I have about 10,000 miles on them and they are wearing really well. Here is a picture of the A/T and M/T from the Pep Boys site. They had a deal where you buy 3 get the 4th free.
