Wheel Bolt Pattern Question (Kinda Urgent)
So I think I just may of gotten screwed here. I just purchased some used black steel rims that I was assured came off of a DII from a guy on Ebay, but now he's come up saying that the... "bolt pattern is 5x4.5 lug size is 14mmx1.5" in his own words.
Is this correct, I've never heard the DII bolt pattern referred to as that. Does this guy just have no idea what he's talking about or am I confused?
His statement-
"this 16 inch black steel wheel is from a 1999 land rover discovery2 but this rim is like new and maybe 2 or 3 years old.bolt pattern is 5x4.5 lug size is 14mmx1.5 I have more than one if needed it is like new. lower 48 shipping only"

Sounds like either the guy didn't know what he was talking about, he was just trying to get more interest by saying they came off a Rover or he just flat out lied. There is only a difference of less the 1/4 inch so I'm guessing he just assumed they were 5x4.5 like a jeep.
Check with AB to see if those are the right size lugs. That should be an indication whether those wheels really fit a Rover or not.

I'm thinking these are 5 x 4.75 bolt pattern and he just doesn't know what he has.
I talked to another guy on Dweb that purchased one of the rims from this guy last week for his D2 and he said it fits on his spare tire carrier.
