@Brandon318 I have a new grinding noise and crunching coming from front drivers side. I suspect I need to replace the wheel hub. Where did you purchase from and what model?

Allmakes4x4 is the only one to get. Rest are junk.

Eeek, sorry to hear :/ I ended up finding success ordering one from Rovers North. Not the LR branded one, just their Proline one was great. Ended up being an AllMakes hub made in GB.

Just replaced both fronts yesterday on my new to me blue 01' with 237k on the clock. My symptoms were a groaning sound between 32-37 mph that would change with steering wheel movement. The left hand side came apart easy and didn't really feel too bad on the bench when I spun the bearing...The right hand bearing wouldn't separate from the CV axle splines without the use of a huge puller I had. It was a bear! The bearing was VERY gravelly on the bench, it was obviously bad. I couldn't get any movement out of either bearing when I had the rig jacked up or feel anything prior, just had the groan sound....

Before I did this job, I changed the front and rear diff oil and the transfer case to make sure I had no metal anywhere. All the magnets were clean or had usual light shavings.

The funny part after doing this job, is now my transfer case will shift out of high and go into low range? I had no ABS codes or anything... and I just figured the interlock shift solenoid had failed and needed to be removed like in my other Disco. But honestly now thinking about it....the failed solenoid in my white 01' would work when cold, but not when hot... I couldn't shift the transfer box. So I guess that would be the difference...
