has anyone found a company that makes non-bling wheels for a disco 2. i want an off-roadable wheel and all i can find are like chrome spinner 20's that fit my truck

 

Can you translate Bling into something that might give us a better idea what you are looking for?

haha bling is a funny word... idk if i can help you, but i bought a set of 20" black with chrome accent wheels from www.baccaratwheels.com the mirage 1's... i like them- they add a nice luxurious look to my disco....
as far as off road wheels.. can't really help you there man.... i THINK.. idk for sure but i think most guys are just runing the stock 16's with all terrains...

 

I run the stock 16" factory alloys and they have held up well. There are also steel wheels available from a couple of sites.
What sort of 16" wheel are you thinking about?

i would like an 18 inch preferably teflon coated black wheel that looks good but is still functional ie no spinning thing or 24 karat gold or jewels or other obnoxious stuff. the kmc rockstar is sick but i contacted kmc and they dont make one with the correct offset for a d2 and since the wheels are manufactured overseas they canot send me a blank wheel or custom make me one.

 

not sure about a disco II because if i remember right they have a different lug pattern than other rovers, but steel factory spare rims run about $100 a piece out of most junkyards in the us. thats what i want to outfit my disco I with, but cash is tight right now. i have the one that came with it on and it looks pretty good. maybe get it powder coated (or spray painted if you dont want to spend the money on a powdercaoting...) to basically any color you like.

I need some new wheel for my 96 disco 1 and found some for a better price than new ones and include wheels which are 16"as well.. they are however from a disco 2 ..so my question iswillthe series 2 rims fit onto a disco 1 ?? here is a picture of them Just want to find out before i purchase them only to find that they do not fit..
