Any ideas? Not getting codes and all vacuum lines look fine. It pretty much dies at every full stop.

Right before you get to a stop, put it in Neutral or N.
See if that helps.
Thinking torque convertor dragging?

+1

Sounds like a torque convertor sticking, happened to me when I was low on tranny oil. But I eventually got codes.

Before or along with replacing your idle solenoid, clean your t/body and you should be fine.

Update: has nothing to do with the brakes. Found out when I get off of the gas the rpms drop dramatically and will occasionally stall!?

What about putting it in Neutral when you are at about 10 MPH then stopping.
Tell us what happens..

Steps:
1) when you know you are going to stop, move the shifter to "N".
2) Stop.
3) Observe RPM

report findings here.

Ok. Everytime I put it in nuetral it died instantly. Also hear a click or clank under the dash in the middle when I lift off the gas.

OK thanks for taking the time to execute that test.
The transmission then is not a factor.

Mike is probably spot on with the IAC
