Where to find DBA Rotors

If you absolutely need them there's a place in the UK.
They quoted me for two day shipping all four rotors to Chicago for $480 US

Drilling rotors, no matter who makes them, weakens the crystalline structure by drilling right through the grain. This will encourage a crack to form.
If you're running a rotor with holes cast into it, a la Porsche, that's totally fine. If you're running a race car where the rotors are heavily scrutinized during tech inspection, and will likely be replaced every other race, you're probably going to be OK, but cracking does happen.
But running a rotor on the street that's predisposed to cracking? Unnecessary risk.

Make sure when you install them that you do a full synthetic DOT 4 brake flush, I recommend you buy 2 quarts of Castrol synthetic from Pep Boys. You need this because with all you new stopping power comes heat and regular DOT won't hold up as well causing you a soft pedal. You might also consider replacing all 6 of your rubber brake hoses with with a good triple layered stainless steel replacement line which will give you additional stopping power.
