Default White shepherd substitue for transfer case

My wife's 2004 disco has a leak from the transfer case that started this week. Were driving from GA to MS tonight and I was planning to put some white shepherd in and top it off, but I cannot find it anywhere around. Is there a Lucas or similar product I could use?
Thanks guys!

Most parts store carry the White Shepherd oil stop leak, I run it in my rear diff and t/case, works really great but you must put it in with a fluid change first.
White Shepherd also makes a great stop leak for the power steering system.

Thank you sir. I was hoping the Lucas would suffice, but wasn't sure if I needed oil or transmission stop leak.

not to jack your thread... mike, do you put the stop leak in as a preventative for leaks or are you talking about a friction modifier or somethin?

No worries. While we are at it, any recommendations for fluid going back in, brand wise?

Any name brand synthetic 75W-90 or what some people prefer-75-140, 80-140, 85-140 will be sufficient.

I just corrected my first reply, I ment to say White Shepherd, not Lucas.
Lucas makes some good products, but when trying to stop a gear oil leak got to us White Shepherd.
Sorry for the confusion.

I'll keep looking for the White Shepherd. The leak is more of a seepage right now, so I topped it off and I'm going to change it out on Monday. Thanks for the help guys!
